The Website is owned by You Can Clinic Ltd
Unless otherwise stated, all Private Prescriptions ordered through the You Can Clinic web site will be fulfilled by the You Can Clinic Limited, registered office: Unit 7, Cardiff Medicentre, Heath Park, Cardiff, CF14 4UJ. You Can Clinic cannot fulfil NHS prescriptions.
You Can Clinic Limited is registered (ID: 1101852) with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) details of the registration can be found at the GPhC website www.pharmacyregulation.org.
Under UK law we are only able to dispense prescriptions written by practitioners who are registered in the UK.
The contents of the Website are specifically for the residents of the UK. The law concerning the operation of the Website is governed by Welsh law and any transaction is deemed to have taken place in Wales. The Website is therefore subject to the jurisdiction of the Welsh courts.
You Can Clinic have taken reasonable care to ensure the content of the Website is correct and current. You Can Clinic disclaims any and all warranties of any kind with respect to the contents of the Website to the full extent permitted by law.
You Can Clinic its related companies its directors and employees will not be liable for any loss or claims arising from use of the Website or use or interpretation of the information therein; either directly or indirectly. This exclusion does not override any statutory rights. The Users’ statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.
All information and content on the Website is for information only.
We may, from time to time, provide links from the Website to websites that are owned and controlled by third parties. These links are provided only for your convenience and we have no control over and will have no liability in respect of those websites.
If any of these terms are held to be unenforceable or invalid then such terms shall be treated as removed so that it does not affect the enforceability or validity of the remaining terms and conditions.
Your Conduct
You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.
You understand that you, and not You Can Clinic, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the website for lawful purposes only.
You must not use the website for any of the following:
for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity
to send, use or reuse any material that is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing; or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right; or is otherwise injurious to third parties; or objectionable; or which consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any “spam” to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
Alteration Of Service Or Amendments To The Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these conditions of Use at any time. You will be subject to the policies and conditions or conditions of use in force at the time that you use the website, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law of government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Data Protection
All product information contained on the Website is wholly owned by You Can Clinic. On no account is anyone allowed to download any data or information for commercial use. Users are allowed to download information pertaining to a specific product for information only. Users are reminded to check information for products on the packaging and leaflet which comes with the product. Product packaging and leaflet information directions and warnings must be followed when taking the products supplied.
Delivery (Post & Packaging)
You Can Clinic Limited reserve the right to use whichever form of delivery it deems necessary. Recorded and Special Delivery packages must be signed for at the delivery address. Whilst You Can Clinic Limited also reserves the right to use any form of delivery and packaging, generally any packaging will be discreet with a plain unprinted outer package.
Delivery of Prescription items will need to be signed for by an adult, these items cannot be left in a secure place or with a neighbour. Delivery will be made on Monday to Saturday. We will notify you when we have dispatched your order, it should usually arrive the next day after dispatch, unless that is a Sunday.
The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at andrew.caple@youcanclinic.com and send your item to: Unit 7, The Medicentre, Heath, Cardiff, EAW, CF14 4UJ, United Kingdom.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 7, The Medicentre, Heath, Cardiff, EAW, CF14 4UJ, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
