Cancellation Policy – Discounted Aesthetic Treatments
Thank you for choosing to book a treatment with our Aesthetics Training Academy. As our treatments are performed by qualified healthcare professionals under expert supervision for training purposes, we are pleased to offer them at a discounted rate.
To ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our training sessions, we kindly ask all clients to review and adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- This deposit contributes toward the cost of your treatment and confirms your commitment to attend.
Cancellations
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- While your deposit remains non-refundable, timely notice allows us to offer your slot to another client and maintain the training schedule.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment or failure to attend will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- Repeat no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to book future treatments.
Rescheduling
- You may request to reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may require a new booking deposit.
Important Notes
- As these are training sessions, appointment times may run longer than standard clinical treatments.
- All treatments are performed under the close supervision of qualified medical trainers to ensure safety and quality outcomes.
