Anish Kotecha

Weight Management

Anish Kotecha works as a GP in South Wales. He has a broad portfolio in clinical practice, medical education, and lifestyle medicine. 

As a Weight Management Trainer at the YouCan Clinic, he plays a pivotal role in educating healthcare professionals on the latest evidence-based approaches to weight management.

He has several other roles, including Head of Medical Education at Learna (a provider of postgraduate medical education to global healthcare professionals), Programme Lead for the Postgraduate Certificate on Anti-Ageing Medicine in conjunction with the University of South Wales, Medical Director and Clinical Safety Officer for Device Link, GPnotebook TV presenter, GP appraiser, InnovAiT AKT editor, RCGP Clinical Events Quality Assessor and Cardiff University Communication Skills Tutor and Examiner for medical students.

Annmarie has been a qualified nurse for 27 years with emergency, critical and surgical care experience.

She is a specialist nurse practitioner for otolaryngology, performing minor surgical procedures.

Annmarie is educated to Masters level, gaining a qualification in advanced clinical practice and independent prescribing. She has run her own successful Aesthetics Clinic since 2019.

Clare has been a registered general nurse for over 26 years and is a medical prescriber.  In addition to having a degree in adult nursing, Clare has also studied extensively throughout her career and has a vast array of additional qualifications including a PhD.

Janet has over 10 years experience in the aesthetic arena and has been an aesthetic trainer with the You Can Clinic for over 6 years.

Janet works as an endocrine nurse and has won the UK’s endocrine nurse of the year award from the British Endocrine Societies. Janet’s interests include holistic anti-aging strategies.

Rebecca qualified in adult nursing in 2019 and began her career in elective surgery. She is Harley Street and YouCan Clinic trained.

As an advanced aesthetic practitioner, Rebecca runs her own successful clinic and brings a wealth of experience to our training academy.

Dr Tom Kamal

Aesthetic Trainer

Fully qualified doctor, currently working within General Practice, alongside his primary career as a Cosmetic Doctor. 

He graduated from the University of Liverpool and has built an impressive career within both medicine and aesthetics.

Dr. Tom runs one of the largest and most well-established aesthetic clinics in South Wales, with a loyal client base of over 1500 patients. His clinic has earned a stellar reputation for delivering exceptional results, outstanding patient care, and a highly personalised approach to every treatment.

With several years of experience in the field, Dr. Tom has become one of the most respected cosmetic doctors in the region. He completed his aesthetic training at YouCan Clinic and has a special interest in regenerative treatments, weight loss, and of course, Botox, particularly in its specialist and advanced areas. He is passionate about enhancing natural beauty, boosting self-confidence, and improving overall well-being through carefully tailored treatments.

Prof Steve Davis - Chief Medical Officer

Prof Steve Davies

Chief Medical Officer

Steve is a consultant endocrinologist, aesthetic trainer and examiner for the Joint Counsel of Cosmetic Practitioners, Fast Track Assessment.

He has over 14 years experience in facial aesthetics, is a leading academic having also developed the Aesthetic and Cosmetic Postgraduate Diploma MSc course in conjunction with the University of South Wales. He has over 100 peer review publications, has been  invited to give international and national lectures and his continued research interests include medical education and aging. He is also the chairman of the Welsh Aesthetics and Cosmetic Society (WACS).

Andrew Caple

Managing Director

Andrew has an extensive history in business and has been involved in the You Can Clinic since 2011, after selling his logistics business.

He has an extensive background in the healthcare sector having been the managing director of a pharmacy group and also a founder of an online pharmacy business. Since the You Can Clinic sold its specialised dispensing division to Numan, the men’s health company, Andrew splits his time between both businesses.

Teresa Tedstone

General Manager

Formally part time Finance Director of You Can Clinic for the past 10 years, Teresa now has a much more active role in the commercial side of the business.

Teresa brings a wealth of knowledge not only from a Management and Financial perspective, but has had a career for over 18 years within both the pharmacy & training sectors.

Elle - Office Manager

Eleanor Ashcroft

Office Manager

Eleanor has a batchelor’s and master’s in Law, but moved into the healthcare sector after graduating during COVID.

Working with Andrew & Teresa since late 2020, she has occupied various roles, initially in You Can Pharmacy, and more recently as Office Manager.  A large part of Eleanors role deals with contracts and compliance as well as being very hands on in the office and pharmacy.

Natalia Howells

Head of Business Development

As the Head of Sales and Business Development at You Can Pharmacy & Aesthetics Training Academy, Natalia plays a key role in driving business growth while supporting professionals.

With over nine years of experience in sales and customer service, Natalia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. In addition, Natalia is the Social Media Content Creation Trainer at the academy, delivering workshops to help businesses enhance their online presence.

Beyond the academy, Natalia is a proud owner of a beauty clinic in Bristol, specialising in Semi-Permanent makeup. With her passion for the industry, combined with expertise in business development and social media content creation, allows her to guide and inspire others on their journey to success.

Sally has worked in healthcare for many years having worked with the Cardiff Medicentre prior to working with the You Can Clinic.

 Together with Louise, Sally is responsible for the management of the training courses and working with our industry partners.

Abbie Donovan

Abbie has worked in the Pharmacy of You Can Clinic for the past 2 years having spent a few years prior to this in community pharmacy.

Abbie will be your first point on contact for ordering or any pharmacy queries. She has a vast knowledge on all aesthetic products.
